1. Booking & Advance Payment
All aerial drone missions are reserved upon issuance of an official quotation and payment of a non-refundable 50% advance deposit to our verified Bank of Ceylon account (Account: 84082967, Branch: Urubokka). Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is acknowledged.
2. Flight Safety & Pilot Authority
In compliance with Sri Lankan civil aviation safety standards, the commercial drone pilot in command holds absolute operational authority regarding flight safety. Flights will not take place within unauthorized aerodrome perimeters, severe weather conditions (e.g., squalls, high winds, heavy rain), or in zones where physical spectators would be endangered.
3. Ceremonial Flag & Sawaran Payload Conditions
Clients requesting ceremonial flag dropping must supply flags matching the weight and dimensions specified by our technical flight team. For flower showers, only dry, clean natural petals (sawaran) may be used to protect mechanical dispenser components.
4. Media Delivery & Copyright
Standard deliverable packages include high-definition 4K master video and photographic assets delivered via high-speed cloud drive within 3-7 business days of event completion. Full commercial and personal usage rights are granted to the client.
5. Weather Postponement
In the unlikely event of unviable flight weather on the designated date, Golden Wings will make every effort to accommodate the rescheduled session without additional forfeiture penalties, subject to crew availability.
