Booking & Cancellation Policy

Advance Reservation

To ensure pilot availability and equipment maintenance, we recommend booking at least 7 to 14 days prior to your sports meet, wedding, or public ceremony. Peak wedding and school sports meet seasons (January through August) require earlier confirmation.

Payment Milestones

• 50% Advance: Due upon quotation approval to lock in your date.
• 50% Balance: Due upon completion of on-site flight operations and prior to raw/master media handover.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may transfer their deposit to an alternate available date within 6 months. For emergency weather cancellations certified by the pilot, rescheduling is provided with zero penalty.
